One of the important issues facing the Islamic world is to provide a suitable model and Islamic lifestyle for the human society, a comprehensive model that includes worldly and hereafter happiness. The religion of Islam has such a capacity to present this model in the form of a new civilization, a civilization that is based on religious propositions and its content is based on religious sources, including Quranic teachings and the tradition of the Imams of Athar (peace be upon them). In the path to the realization of this civilization, in addition to designing a precise ideology based on religious foundations, it is necessary to identify the factors that make up the new Islamic civilization and explain its implementation. In today's era, scientific centers such as seminaries and universities, which are the main institutions of science production and software movement, play an essential and key role in the development, restoration and recovery of this ancient and great civilization. In this research, while explaining the literal and idiomatic meaning of modern Islamic civilization, it has been tried to present the reviving components of Islamic civilization and the role of the field and university in their realization in a descriptive and analytical way. Among the important components in the formation of modern Islamic civilization, we can mention spirituality, scientific, economic and military progress, stability of order and security, training of managers and agents, introduction of Islamic life style, unity and desegregation,
