The purpose of the present study is to assess the practical and behavioral pattern of the commander- instructors and professors and to present its optimization methods in Imam Hussein (AS) University of Officers and Guards Training. Considering the wide range of dimensions of the training methods of officer courses in the announced and expected dimensions and areas, the emphasis of this study was on measuring the desirability of practical and behavioral modeling of the commander-instructors and professors of the university, especially the Faculty of Jihadi Training in a specific period of time and territory. The main question of the article is how desirable is the practical and behavioral modeling of commanders and instructors towards students and providing its optimization methods? The used method is a descriptive-survey that has been done at two levels of validation of the current situation and the desired situation. To collect the data of this study, a researcher-made questionnaire was used and the evaluation documents of professors and guard competency criteria were used, with a Likert scale of five and a reliability of 97% (Cronbach's alpha coefficient). The statistical population of this study was 60 students, 77 commander-instructors and professors who were selected and used purposefully. The results of this study show that the commander-instructors and professors were a good pattern in the studied areas such as revolutionary spirit, behavioral area, and self-sacrifice and homework area for learners and averaged over 76% in all options of research dimensions; but there is some distance to reach the desired pattern.
